These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 380 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of the version currently in effect.
The 380 platform may only be used by individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and are legally eligible under Malaysian law. Use by anyone below this age limit is strictly prohibited.
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 380 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth and contact details. 380 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and account security purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 380 support team immediately through the provided channels.
As a user of the 380 platform, you agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms set out herein. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
380 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, withholding funds involved and reporting to the relevant authorities.
All financial transactions on the 380 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform does not accept direct payment in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the user's responsibility and is subject to the prevailing rates set by the relevant financial institution.
380 supports a range of local payment methods commonly used in Malaysia. Deposits will be credited to your account once successful payment confirmation is received by our system. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected.
Regarding withdrawals:
380 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by technical issues on the part of third parties, including banks, payment processors or telecommunications networks.
The 380 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, 380 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. 380 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
All content, design, logos, trademarks, graphics, text and other materials on the 380 platform are the exclusive property of 380 or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, modify or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 380.
The 380 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply that 380 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party site. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
380 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity or where required to do so by law. Where an account is suspended due to a terms violation, the account balance may be placed on hold pending the outcome of an investigation. 380's decision in such matters is final.
380 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
